Dea will guide you to release preconceived notions of yoga and stimulate your focus to maintain attentiveness of the inner being and external environment. This was a monumental step she embarked on her own when she started her practice in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga 10 years ago. The non-judgmental connection you can expect to build with Dea stems from her deep understanding of psychology and behavior.

Her experience as a Social Anthropologist has helped guide many people of different backgrounds to achieve their goals as they share their practice with her. Despite a major injury in her left hand, Dea embraced versatility and continued to broaden her knowledge of various practices such as Aerial Yoga, Restorative and Yin. Dea’s classes will encourage you to overcome your fears while prioritizing what’s most important in your practice – letting go and having fun.
